Sweet Amber’s loyal patrons are a vocal bunch. Not only do they demand which beers are to be poured, they want a say in production too!
So we obliged.
In October 2016, on the back of a successful crowdfunding campaign, Sweet Amber Brewing Co. first released four seasonal beers; a Bitter Amber Ale, Beach Blonde Ale, Portside IPA and a Coffee Stout all brewed in the picturesque Barossa Valley via contract.
We finally had the chance to share our beer with customers, and we were hooked! It wasn’t long before Sweet Amber needed its own brewery.
In February 2018, Sweet Amber Brewing Co. opened up the roller door to the Regency Park community for the first time. Since then, the brewery has churned out a bunch of limited release beers, had some cracking parties and provided an oasis in an industrial desert for locals.
